In my current house we cook together, have dinner parties, do the occasional pub quiz, party it up at the weekend and have film night on Sundays, and I really like that sociable vibe so I wanna bring that to the new place. There will be a massive house warming party too!! So far the people moving in are me and my mate Dan. We're 27 and 24, and we both work at a nearby games company. We both live in gradcommunity houses at the moment (Google it if you don't know it), so we usually hang out with a big group of fun peeps at the weekend. If you're moving to Birmingham for your first proper job, then you'll probably find this house ideal!
