£375pcm, Hall Green (B28): "Houseshare in friendly suburb of Birmingham." I have a room available to rent in my house. I currently live on my own and am a sporty, outgoing person. Anyone who is friendly, polite and trustworthy is more then welcome to call my place, their home. It is a 10 minute walk for Yardley Wood train station which provides a 15-20 minute link into Birmingham. I am a teacher, so work hard in the week but Im quite a laid back person.
