Use of lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility. Free wi-Fi . Parking space on drive. Im looking for Monday to Friday occupancy, ideally as I have 2 19 year olds at University, who occasionally come home at weekends and in holidays, they share they third bedroom, not the room for rent.
