£360pcm, Selly Oak (B29): "Friendly housemate wanted" The room is 121 by 92 so I guess technically a large single but theres a double bed in there and still a decent amount of space. If you have a lot of stuff that needs storing somewhere, theres a big, easy access loft space but Im happy for a housemate to spread their stuff about the house, within reason.
