Female grads looking for a sociable and fun housemate : Edgbaston : £74pw Hi, we are five girls aged 22-27 looking for a sociable housemate. We are all graduates who have moved to Birmingham in the past couple of years for work/study for Masters. We work in physiotherapy, nursing, and energy procurement. The house is close to shops, a gym and a good local pub on Hagley Rd which is about a 5 minute walk and there are regular buses that run into city centre which takes about 25 minutes. We have one double room available which shares a bathroom with 2 other people. The rent is �300pcm and circa �65 for all bills. We're looking for a housemate who is easy to get along with, enjoys socialising and will come out for drinks with us.
