£400pcm, Birmingham (B23): "Double room available near Chester Road station" Hello I am a first-time lodger looker. I live with my son in a large house which needs to be filled a little. The app doesnt allow me to state that my son is 12 - however, hes fairly well house trained and tidier than me. Your room would be at the back of the house, very quiet, overlooking the garden. (The garden needs a little TLC but Im waiting for time.) If you are happy with us, you are welcome to do what you like with the room.
