A house mate is needed to take up a double bedroom in a 3 double bedroom house. 2 girls will currently be moving in on the 1st of july when the contract starts. The rent is very cheap! £70 p/w It can be paid weekly, monthly or in full. The lounge and kitchen area are very spacious, modern and comfortable. The garden is a very decent size as well. The 2 girls moving in will be going into their 2nd year of studying at BCU. one stop and BCU are both a 5 minute walk from the house. The area is also great for socializing as a lot of students live around this side. This is a much safer and nicer side of Perry Barr. The house is in Teddington Grove.
