Double Room in City Centre House Share (All Inclusive) : Five Ways, Birmingham : £79pw Fully-furnished double room available in a 4-person house share, near the city centre. We are looking for someone who is easy-going, friendly and sociable. We're all young professionals in our mid/late twenties and are looking for a similar aged male or female. There are two bathrooms in the house, so you will only be sharing with one other person. We have a small back garden, which is great for bbq's in the Summer. And parking is available nearby. The house is located in Park Central, which is a 10 minute walk from Broad Street and the city centre. The Mailbox and Five Ways train station are a 5 minute walk. The rent includes all bills (gas, electric, council tax, water, digital TV and internet) We would require a deposit of £320 and are looking for a minimum stay of 6 months.
