DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE FROM JAN 2013 : Behind Bmw Garage- Close To 24hr Springhill Tesco : £78pw Hi All, I am currently looking for someone to take my Double room in a lovely 2 bed flat located behind the BMW garage and very close to the 24hr Springhill Tescos. The flat comes with secure parking (which could be rented out) and has very low cost bills. It is very modern located on the 2nd floor. The room is available as early as January, but move in date is flexible as I do not need to leave until the end of April. It is a rolling contract so could leave within 2 months notice.
