£40pw each, Birmingham (B34): "Genuine Lodger Required" I am looking for a genuine lodger. The rent is 40 per week for that he will get all his meals, washing, ironing etc.. Living here is like living at home but without your Mum. He MUST have a good sense of humour not take things too seriously. I cant handle people who get moody for no reason. Any male aged between 16 25 may apply even if hes claiming Job Seekers Allowance. He must also love all types of music.
