Friendly professional house share : Bearwood : £53pw Hi we are Katie, Chris and Chris, we are looking (ideally) for a girl to move in to our house share. This would keep the balance of two girls and two boys. However, we are most interested in some one who will fit in with our household whether girl or boy. We are all easy going. Like a night in watching TV or out down the pub. We are all in our mid/late twenties and are graduates. We are looking for a like minded person who is friendly and up for a bit of a laugh. The house is really well looked after. We have a cleaner every week, gardener and all maintenance is fixed asap. All bedrooms are double, with wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden floor, phone point, TV aerial point and fast broadband. Bills are £70pcm which includes everything. House is on main bus route in to town. 5mins from High Street, 2mins from local gym and swimming pool.
