£400pcm, Alcester (B49): "Single room to rent" A well presented two bedroom mid terraced house situated in Alcester Warwickshire. My existing house mate moved to Wales last month due to job relocation so looking to find a replacement. Preferabbly looking for someone whos tidy, easy going and generally a well rounded individual. Im rarely in in the evenings as my job requires me to travel and work late and spend alot of time playing sport.
