This house is close to the Hagley Road for its excellent bus services to the city centre just over a mile and a half away. This house is close to Warley Woods, and is within easy walking distance to a gym, bars, pubs and restaurants, and the local shopping centre in the Bearwood Road. I have a large double room containing two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, double bed, this room is centrally heated and double glazed. The basic rent on this room is £230 per month, bills are not included, but estimated to be in the region of £70-80 per month. You would be sharing the sitting room, kitchen, containing cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, two bathrooms one including shower, and a small maintained garden, a cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the common parts of the house.
