Bearwood is a nice safe and extremely convenient area of Birmingham, close to the Hagley Road for its excellent bus services to the city centre just a mile and a half away, and close to two parks, a gym, bars, pubs and restaurants, and the local high street is within easy walking distance for food shopping. I have a double room immediately available at £190 per month, bills are not included, but estimated to be in the region of £70-80 per month. The room contains a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, you would be sharing the sitting room, a fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave, there is a bathroom with shower, and a small maintained garden. I also have a large double room in another house again in the same area at £210 per month, plus the bills as before.
