Close to a couple of decent pubs locally, or the Selly Oak high street isn't too far away. Nearby is a supermarket, and several local shops/take aways. 10 minutes walk to either Selly Oak or Bournville train station, and 5 minutes walk to the Pershore Road, where there are regular bus links to the City Centre. The room is available unfirnished from 10th April, or furnished from 16th April, depending on whether prospective tenants have their own stuff to bring with them when they move in. If taken furnished, the room will include a double bed/mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is one bathroom with bath/shower/toilet, which is shared. There is a large shared lounge, with flatscreen TV, PS3, Sky TV and wireless broadband. There is also a separate dining room. The house has a well kept garden, with space to sit out and enjoy any sun we may get in the coming months. The rent covers the cost of all utility bills etc. Professional's only, non-smoker preferred but any smokers interested don't be put off, I'd just ask you to go outside to smoke. As the house is terraced, I'd be looking for someone who appreciates not being too loud too late, during the week, so as not to bother the neighbours, but at weekends, that doesn't generally matter too much.
