£280pcm, Selly Oak (B29): "Room to let in a big house in Selly Park" Room to let in a big house in Selly Park (5 min walk from Selly Oak). I am actually living in the room and need to leave it in the beginning of June. I love living here and I will miss it a lot... The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, two wardrobes. It is towards the garden so we cant hear the noise of the street. The house is a big house with 6 bedrooms (only 3 occupied at the moment by two English guys and an Estonian girl).
