£400pcm, Longbridge (B31): "Social Housemate Wanted " Hi I am currently looking for a housemate to rent one of my spare rooms. I have an ensuite so the person will have their own double bedroom and bathroom. I enjoy going to the gym 4-5 times a week, football and most sports.
