£500pcm, Birmingham City Centre (B3): "Newly furnished flat to rent" I did have this up for rent earlier however it has been a nightmare finding furniture and getting everything sorted so I apologise if I havent replied to anyone. I havent wanted to do viewings for this reason. I am looking for a genuine housemate who is clean and respectful.
