£360pcm, Birmingham (B15): "Double furnished room in city centre flat" We have a double room available for a student from 17th December in a ground floor flat sharing with 2 other students. The room has a large combination wardrobe/drawers, a desk, chair and double bed. The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room and direct access to a private garden. Broadband is connected and there is a washer/drier. The flatmates are a female music student and male PhD student.
