£390pcm, Bromsgrove (B60): "Double room in 3 bed modern house in Stoke Heath" Hello there. I work in Redditch but live in Cheshire so I only stay at the house on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights so you would largely have the house to yourself. I bought the house five years ago and since then it has been completely refurbished. I have recently fitted a brand new kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom and had a new combi boiler installed which means lower gas bills.
