£375pcm, Birmingham (B15): "Flatmate needed to a flat I am renting in November" I am a professional male aged 35. I currently live in a rented flat on edge of Park Central (near Bath Row, near Five Ways and 5 min walk to Mailbox, very good transport links). My tenancy ends 2-Nov, but it is still possible to stay there if I find someone - tennant(s) would have a double room, their own bathroom and access to a large balcony. Rent 375pp monthly.
