£350pcm, Coleshill (B46): "One double room for rent in a family home." I have a double room for rent in a quiet family home, it is partially furnished at present but is negotiable either way. There is a kitchen diner and separate living room, broadband and bt vision included. Parking available for one car but there are alternative parking areas very close, other amenities can be discussed and from part of living agreement as I am open to most reasonable suggestions.
