The room has a double bed with plenty of shelving, set of drawers, clothes rail but minimal floor space So ideal for somebody who doesnt have too many things ). Izzy is leaving the house and going back to her parents to save money to buy a house The room is available anytime from mid October(although it can be negotiated with Izzy).
