£300pcm, Birmingham (B12): "Room to Rent" I rent a 4bedroom house in Balsall Heath, I have a room to rent you will get a double bed in it, looking for 300 a month this will include all bills apart from Council tax. At the moment it is just me and one other male who lives in the property. He is hardly at the property, but I am here a lot I am 23 male. The property has virgin tv and broadband.
