£400pcm, King's Norton (B38): "Room to rent in quiet grove" I am a 28 year old female looking to rent a room out in my 3 bedroom house located in a quiet grove in Kings Norton. There is a good network of buses and a train station nearby for ease of commuting. I have a dog who is big but very friendly and also a budgie. Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet with a large utility room. All bills will be included. I have a large wardrobe in the third bedroom which can be used if required.
