£400pcm, Wythall (B47): "Rent a room" I have a double spare room to rent. It already has double wardrobes in the room and also has its own shower/bathroom. It is on a ground floor and has a private garden and parking facilities and a garage available. The rooms are a big size as it is an old farmhouse.
