£400pcm, Solihull (B92): "Large double room available" Hi, I have a double room for rent in my house in Olton. Its fairly recently decorated, and has a new carpet. Its quite a big room - youd easily fit a double bed and plenty of furniture in there and there is an aerial socket for a tv. There is a large canvas wardrobe available, and a chest of drawers, but I can get rid of these if you need to bring your own stuff.
