£400pcm, Alcester (B49): "Large double room and private living space, Alcester" We are looking for a housemate to rent part of our house - 1 room is a furnished bedroom (bed, matress, wardrobe, bedside table) and the other would be suitable to have as a study or living space (it has sky, a TV ariel and a sofa). The house has a kitchen, upstairs bathroom with shower, decent sized garden, broadband, sky TV with sports and movie channels, washing machine and tumble dryer.
