£340pcm, Edgbaston (B16): "Sociable Gradcommunity house in Edgbaston" Hi there Were looking for a male house mate to join our fun and friendly Gradcommunity house. We are all new to Birmingham and enjoy going out together and discovering the city. We tend to go out together most weekends and during the week either have house meals or go to the pub for drinks.
