£110pw, Polesworth (B78): "New modern house share in excellent location " The house is near to Birch coppice industrial estate. The house has new modern interior new kitchen and bathroom. I have had all brand new modern furniture including a large plasma and new pc. I have sky tv broadband in the house. I keep the place tidy. I cook sometimes but eat out mostly. I am a very out going person i tend to get on with anyone I would like it if the lodger was fairly out going aswell.
