£400pcm, King's Norton (B30): "Room available in 2 bed house" Hi Im currently renting a 2 bed house by myself so Im looking for a housemate for the spare room. The room has a double bed in and built in wardrobe, if you require drawers I can provide these or you can bring your own so you can make the room feel your own. There is a bathroom that will be shared, a pretty good sized kitchen and a lounge dining room that we would share. For my job my official hours are 9-5 but sometimes I do have to bring work home.
