£300pcm, Smethwick (B67): "A double room is available in Smethwick." Hi Ive recently bought my first house and im hoping to rent my spare room out for 300 per calendar month 50 of the bills. (Deposit 250).. Its a good sized double room overlooking the garden. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and cupboard/wardrobe. Im looking for someone whos friendly, clean and respectful of the house.
