£60pw, Birmingham (B9): "Spacious single room with a double bed" I am looking for some one to houseshare with me in a clean spacious apartment located 55 mins away from Birmingham City Centre. Its close to the millenium point and its in very quiet and peaceful area next to the canal. The house is fully furnished and the rent is including Council tax and bills. I would preffered the house to be shared with single only however if a couple is looking for a place then rent will increased to 75 pounds a week.
