Spacious 3 bed graduate houseshare - nr Harbourne High St : Harborne, Birmingham : £76pw We are two guys in our 20s, grads from Bristol and Exeter. Our interests including DVD nights, sampling the local bars of Harborne, cooking, wine tasting, keeping fit through tennis, football, squash and skiing. We want to get the right person for the house. Probably a twenty something grad, sociable - possibly new to Birmingham. The houseshare is networked to 20 other gadcommunity houseshares, so if you are new to Birmingham its a great way to break in and make some good friends. Theres always something going on, whether a pub night, a camping trip, bbq or playing sports. keeping fit etc. Room available is the back room overlooking the garden - good sized double.
