Single room with Sky+ and WiFi : Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham : £81pw We are a laid back but tidy couple who have a single room available in a detached house in a quiet location off of Penns Lane. The room has plenty of storage space and alternative furniture is available if required. There is a Sky+ box in the room and WiFi to the whole property. The bathroom and shower is opposite the room and would be for your sole use except on the occasions we have guests to stay. Parking is available and bus/train services are within walking distance. We do not allow smoking or pets in the house. One months rent would be required as a deposit and the first month rent in advance along with an employers reference.
