Double room for rent from 6th June in Birmingham city centre - £350/month : Birmingham City Centre : £81pw Hi, I'm Miriam, an Irish girl (24) currently living in the apartment looking to share with easy-going male or female, preferably friendly, non-smoking and around at weekends. The room is available from 6th June 2013. I work in the university as a researcher. I'm fairly clean & tidy. I love sports and I go running and swimming a lot. I like baking, reading, shopping and going out at the weekends. Bills are around £50/month each, including Sky tv/internet/phone (£22/month). A deposit of £525 is required.
