Room available. All bills included, Wi-Fi & Sky+ : Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham : £81pw We are Mark and Andy and have a room available in our house with sole use of the main bathroom except on the occasional times we have visitors stay over. Wi-Fi is available in the whole house and the room has a Sky+ box in it with sky multi-room. There is alternative furniture available for the room if you require a desk or chair. The house has a large kitchen with your own fridge, freezer and cupboard space. Parking is available and we are close to bus and rail services. We are a laid back couple who are tidy, friendly and sociable.
