Large LOFT BEDROOM with en suite in MOSELEY : Moseley, Birmingham : £69pw April 28, 2013 at 04:16PM
Large LOFT BEDROOM with en suite in MOSELEY : Moseley, Birmingham : £69pw A great size Loft conversion double room with en suite. The picture doesn't do it justice I'm afraid. The room is a great sized double bedroom on the second floor of the house, with 3 large skylights that let in plenty of light. It has recently been redecorated and all the walls have a fresh coat of paint on them. There is some furniture include such as a big double bed, computer desk, wardrobe draws and a couple of chairs. There is a small ensuite with a shower, toilet and sink. There's also a good sized kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs. Outside, there's a nice garden full of fruit and herbs, which catches the evening sun, and secure shed for bike storage. There is secure street access to the shed and rear garden. Parking on the road can be problematic but there is a visitor parking permit for use of the whole house. The other tenant that currently lives in the house does not own a car so if you do, you will be the only person using the parking permit. Unrestricted parking is available on a nearby street. Youll be living with one guy although there is another room for rent. He works in education and music and is in his mid 20s. The house is in a great location on King Edward Road in Moseley. Its just up the road from The Fighting Cocks pub, a 1 minute walk from the village cross roads. Moseley is a really vibrant part of Birmingham with loads of really nice pubs, bars, restaurants and a great monthly farmers market. Theres also a small Sainsburys and larger Co-op at the bottom of the road. There are convenient transport links into town with the number 50 bus stop just at the end of the road. Its a 15 minute bus ride into town, and Kings Heath (which has all the usual High Street stores) is only a 10 minute walk away. If you'd rather go by bike, it takes less that 15 minutes to get to the city centre. The rent will be £300 per month, excluding bills. Utilities including wifi are £60 per month with council tax being a further £40 per month. http://www.gumtree.com/p/flats-houses/large-loft-bedroom-with-en-suite-in-moseley-moseley-birmingham-69pw/1016815268 http://ifttt.com/images/no_image_card.png
