**Double room to rent in a friendly Moseley house share** : Moseley, Birmingham : £81pw A double room has become available in our shared house in Moseley. We are looking for a young professional – either male or female - to come and join the 3 of us. We are three lads in their late 20’s. The room is an upstairs room overlooking the large back garden. The bedroom itself is unfurnished but otherwise the house has everything else that could be needed. The house is well-fitted and modern with laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen is particularly nice and has a dishwasher and a washing machine and other such things! See attached pictures. There is a large garden out the back of the house. Parking is also available on the drive. The rent is £350 and this includes all bills including council tax, water and electricity including quick WiFi. The room will be available from the beginning of May. Ideally, we would prefer a non-smoker and no pets also. Moseley itself is a lovely place to live. Moseley village has good transport links into the city centre and has all local amenities.
