Double Room in Friendly City Centre House-Share (Bills Included) : Five Ways, Birmingham : £81pw Double room with it's own balcony in a lovely house-share near the city centre. We are looking for someone who is fun, friendly and sociable. At the moment there are three girls (one is moving out) and one guy living in the house, and we're looking for either a guy or a girl to fill the room. We are all young professionals in our mid-late twenties and are looking for someone similar. There are two bathrooms in the house, so you will only be sharing with one other person. We have a small back garden, which is great for bbq's in the Summer. The house is located in Park Central, which is a 10 minute walk from Broad Street and the city centre. The Mailbox, with its cool bars and restaurants, is literally a stones throw away. Five Ways train station is a 5 minute walk, so easy for commuters. The rent includes all bills (gas, electric, council tax, water, BT vision and internet) We would require a deposit of £319. We are looking for a minimum stay of 6 months. I am moving out around the 16th May, but this can be negotiated if needs be.
