A nice, clean, friendly house in Balsall Heath looking for housemates : Moseley/balsall Heath, Birmingham : £46pw Hi there, We are Luke, 24 - a mature student from Croydon, and Helen, 26 - a secondary maths teacher from Manchester. We are a couple and have been living with another couple in Balsall Heath for the last few months. They unfortunately have to move back to Romania, so we are looking for someone/some people to replace them. The house itself at the moment is split into two double bedrooms, two living rooms, and a shared bathroom and kitchen. We have a second downstairs shower room, small outside paved area for bbq-ing and a third spare bedroom which is at the moment just being used for storage. We are ideally looking for 2 more housemates, who are friendly and sociable and up for a chat at the end of the day over a cup of tea.
