Single room including all bills available immediately : Birmingham : £48pw Hi I have just had a tennent move out from one of the rooms I rent in my Property. The room is available to move in immediately but I'm happy to reserve the room if you are looking to move in somewhere in the next couple of weeks. The room has some storage and furniture and the monthly rent includes all utility bills including Council Tax and Virgin WIFI Broadband and TV. I'm looking for a working professional non smoking person to rent my room, you will be sharing the house with 2 other guys who are working professionals. The house is situated close to Erdington high street where the local shops are and the buses which go into the center of Birmingham and takes around 15 min. I would require 1 months rent as a deposit (£210) and 1 months rent in advance prior to you moving in, the minimum term I want to rent the room for would be 3 months or more.
