We're looking for friendly and respectful working professional house mates to share our relaxed house. There are currently only 2 of us that didn't know each other a couple of weeks ago, and are settling into this new 6 bed house near town. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to move in and be happy. There's a smart 42" HD Ready 1080HP LCD TV in the lounge with a tonne of channels on Freeview. And comfy seats to sink into while you chat and unwind with other house mates after a long days work. Speaking of relaxing... one of the large family sized bathrooms has a jacuuzi which is a nice USP : ) There are 2 family sized bathrooms with bath's and showers, and a separate W.C and basin. Not bad considering even when full, there will only be 6 of us. The new rooms come fully furnished with a bed, bedding, wardrobes, writing desk and chair. Some of the rooms even have extra's including leather bean bags to chill out on. All rooms are tastefully decorated and decorations can stay in your room for no extra cost. There is a large 6 burner range and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard, counter and fridge space so you will have plenty of room to store, prepare and then enjoy your food. You will also benefit from fast and reliable FREE wifi supplying 30 meg Broad Band with Virgin. There is a strong signal wherever you may be in the house meaning you can connect from your room, or the communal areas. There are also regular cleaners that keep the communal areas looking their best. (A bit like a hotel). If you like to keep healthy and work out, there is a large Fitness First just down the road on the same street, next to a bowling alley with a bar and ample free parking. You get great deals on bowling and drinks in the week! And that's opposite a famous Indian restaurant which has a great local reputation which is good to go to after bowling (or the gym). There is off road parking, and at the moment, none of us have cars. But if we do, there is plenty of on street parking and as there are no neighbours opposite, there is always lots of places to park.
