We're 5 post grads in various positions working around Birmingham, and an engineer all aged between 22 and 25. Two of us are auditors, one warehouse opperative, one telecommunications engineer, and a structural engineer. Most of us are into our fitness and have bikes. The house backs onto Edgbaston reservoir which is nice to jog round, cycle, or even dine out al fresco! We like an occasional drink. Usually over the weekend. But there's always a chilled out vibe around the house. The garden is ideal to enjoy BBQ's in the hot weather. COME ROUND AND SEE what you think, and hopefully MEET SOME HOUSE MATES. The house is kept clean with regular weekly cleaners who are very thorough and helps maintain the high level of cleanliness throughout the house. But they don't wash up, so it's up to all of us to stay on top of the washing up! Plus the gardener makes sure the garden is nice for us to enjoy BBQ's, cocktails and garden parties in the hot weather : ) There is plenty of on street parking without restrictions, and there are nearby bus stops making it easy to get into town and enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, gyms etc. Plus if your job requires long distance commuting, there is easy access to the M5, M6, M40 and M42 motorway network. All rooms are fully furnished with brand new beds, brand new Orthopaedic mattresses so you get a comfy nights sleep, brand new contemporary oak and gloss wardrobe and chest of draws to organise your clothes and general stuff, and a writing desk and chair if you need to bring work home. There are 2 rooms with showers and 2 toilets which are handy meaning there's always a bathroom or shower free. Plus you can pick up a strong broadband signal anywhere in the house which is another bonus. There's a slick 32" SAMSUNG HD Ready LCD TV with all freeview channels for the communal lounge too.
