Spacious Grad houseshare - female grad wanted : Edgbaston : £74pw We are a group of six twenty something graduates, who share this spacious detached house, with easy access to the city centre. We have one space coming up and you will be sharing with five other grads - a teacher, doctor, software engineer and a tutor/ trainer. To give you a chance to see the house and meet the other housemates, we are holding viewings in the evenings Mon-Thursday, generally from 7pm onwards. We are looking for people who are more interested in the social aspects of joining a house share, rather than saving money on a flat. Perhaps you are new to the city, and want an easy way of gaining a friends base. The house is be part of the gradcommunity network of shared houses and the house next door and 3 others within stones throw, offer the opportunity to get to know around thirty like minded young professional graduates. From the photos you will see that the house has been refurbished to a high standard, and we want it to that way! Only clean and tidy people need apply! Utility bills are expected to be in the region of 70-80per person per month, and the household pay into a kitty for have a weekly cleaner.
