Nice Bedroom Available From July For Reasonable Prize! Only 5 Minute Walk To The University. : Birmingham : £66pw We have a double bedroom available in Harborne. It is a five minute walk to the University Train Station/Medical School. The house is semi detached and has 3 double bedrooms. It also has one spare unused single bedroom that we currently use for storage. All the double rooms are of good size. The house has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a shower. All rooms come furnished. It has off road car parking (can hold 3 cars with ease). We are 2 guys that will be studying (mechanical engineering & biomaterials) for our third year of university. We are both very quiet, clean & tidy. We are looking for someone similar who will keep the house clean and tidy. We're very open minded, but we would like a student otherwise we would have council tax issues. The house costs £286 a month (roughly £66 a week), which is quite cheap. With the utility bills it comes to about ~£310. The contract is 12 month, starting from July 2013 to July 2014.
