£210pcm, Selly Oak (B29): "Looking for someone to rent my room" Hi, I am a student who will finish his internship the 31st March and I have to leave the house. I am looking for somebody to rent my place after me. The rent is 210 per month. The bills (include internet, gas and electricity) are around 40 per month.
