There is a large garden (now with a veggie patch!) for everyone to enjoy. It is a ten minute walk from town, 15 mins from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Warwick Uni and on a bus route. The room available is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and draws. There are 4 double sockets in the room as well as a TV ariel point. All bills are included; electricity, gas, water, council tax and fast (10Mbs) wireless internet. The brand new combination boiler always provides hot water whatever time of day and if cold the double radiators will warm you in no time.
