£100pw, Longbridge (B31): "Double room with En-suite" I am looking for someone who requires accommodation from Monday to Friday. The double room is in excellent condition and has an en-suite. There is also the use of a conservatory which consists of a large T. V screen and quality furniture. I would prefer someone quiet and tidy, as i live a quite life style.
