1 LARGE DOUBLE AND 1 LARGE SINGLE ROOM AVAILABLE IN NEW/SOCIALBLE HOUSE SHARE : Birmingham : £58pw we are two girls aged mid 20- late 20s looking for a extra housemate - male or female to join in to create a socialable/friendly house share in Kings Heath. We potentially have a 3/4 bedroom house to rent just off Kings heath high street but need at least 1 other person to join us. the house is in excellent condition, it has 3 very large double bedrooms (pictures dont show how big the rooms are!) and one small double or large single room available. The kitchen is also really big and so is the garden. the house is located just off the high street of kings heath, with bus stops, shops, pubs etc being a 2min walk away. The house has off street parking but theres always a space available. The house is currently unfurnished, but my friend and I have some furniture/kitchen stuff to add but you would need to kit your bedroom out yourself. the double room would be £250 per month with bills on top, this would equal no more than £350 per month, and the single room is negociable.
